Mental Health to Your Mailbox.

We all need a little community sometimes. Here is where you might find one!

In my day-to-day, I run a private therapy practice. I love the therapy world, but I can’t seem to reach as many people as I would like in a way that I find meaningful. At least, not without burnout. That was when I realized I might be able to put my journalism minor to use.

The Idea

Each monthly newsletter will have member-exclusive articles on mental health topics, fun activities, and featured responses in the “Dear Therapist” Column. If you want a physical letter through our snail mail club, you will also get a couple of extra goodies to help remind you of helpful coping tools featured in the newsletter!

The Club

I’m no artist — not by a long shot. This correspondence club isn’t for art. What I do know is therapy and psychology. So that is what I plan to share with you all!

Educational Materials Only – Not Therapy

Welcome to the Courageous Correspondence: A Snail Mail Club by Courageous Counseling. All content, tools, prompts, bookmarks, and materials included in this monthly subscription are created for informational, educational, and self-reflective purposes only. While these materials incorporate evidence-based psychological frameworks, their receipt or use does not constitute or establish a therapist-client relationship, nor should they be viewed as a substitute for professional mental health diagnosis, clinical treatment, medical advice, or crisis intervention.

If you are experiencing severe distress, an eating disorder relapse, or a mental health crisis, please consult a licensed healthcare professional or contact your local emergency support lines immediately. Call or text 988 for a mental health emergency. Your mental health is important—please seek tailored, clinical care when needed.
