I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and Minnesota.
I graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Journalism.
I graduated in August 2020 from New Mexico State University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My passion lies in the intersectionality between illness, eating disorders, and trauma. It’s super niche and vastly underserved.
Since many of my clients have some level of disability, teaching medical advocacy is important to my clinical work.

I am the oldest of three girls.
I didn’t have a therapist growing up (didn’t even realize it was a career option tbh). Originally, I was planning to be a journalist like Rory Gilmore.
I was a theater and choir kid K-12.
I have lived in Indiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado, California, and Minnesota.
My dogs Maverick & Riley are my baby boys and usually make an appearance in my sessions at some point.
I have a personalized bowl ring from the 2017 Texas Bowl.
I have chronic health diagnoses, and as a result, I have been gluten-free since 2017.
